What shipping carrier do you use?
We use UPS Ground, meaning your order will take between 2 and business 5 days to ship, depending on how far from California you live.

Do you ship internationally?
We don't ship to countries outside the US. However, if you'd like to make a large order then we might be able to sort something. Email support@boardbags.com for help and we'll get back to you right away.

What taxes do you charge?
We charge mandatory California taxes if your item is being shipping to California. It shouldn't be too much.

Do you offer refunds?
On the rare occasion that you're unhappy with your order when it arrives then we'll refund you if you send the item back within 28 days and the item is still in saleable condition. Please email us before you send anything back so we can confirm the return address and send your a #RA reference.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund or cover the cost of shipping.
